Review Sessions

Review Sessions

In partnership with ASU faculty members, review sessions are offered for a variety of subject areas before exams. Using class content provided by the faculty, tutors knowledgeable in specific subject areas host the session using content from the class. The sessions are designed to help students in a specific class work together to study material and concepts in preparation for tests. Students should also come prepared with their own questions.

Review Sessions

Review sessions provide an opportunity to review concepts at certain points in the semester, including before certain exams. The schedules for review/study sessions vary by campus. Click on the appropriate course to see upcoming sessions or to view past recordings.  Links to current recordings will be posted within 24 hours of the live session.

Due to tutor availability, we no longer have review sessions scheduled for a few courses. Recordings of prior semester review sessions can be accessed here: ACC340 | ACC440 | LSC347 | BIO201 | BIO202 | CHM233 | CHM234

Concept Refreshers

Mini concept refreshers are 3-5 minutes and are focused on a particular topic.  The refreshers are on concepts that you might be able to learn and review asynchronously and are designed to prepare you for Review Sessions or exams.  Watch these refreshers before a Review Session and then come into a Review Session with questions.  The refreshers will get updated throughout the semester as your course continues.  The following links also include some past concept session recordings that are 30 minutes.  Happy viewing!

Larger Concept Refreshers are offered at the start of the semester.  They provide a refresher for key math concepts that are used in ASU Math, Science, Business, and Engineering courses. Emails are sent out at the beginning of the semester. If you are unable to attend these sessions live, follow links below to view the recordings.
